Networking Workshop

Nowadays, when technologies around us draw our attention whether we want it or not, it’s becoming harder to dedicate the time to listen with the feeling that we have less and less time to communicate our thoughts and opinions without disruptions.

Because of this, U4HR association organized a workshop within the HR Conference in order to find answers to the following questions:

• What do we really hear when we listen!?
• What do we think about when we listen!?
• Can we separate thinking from listening!?
