Balkan Business Forum is a regionally important business conference, which has been gathering a community of leaders for many years.
The Balkan Business Forum 2022 conference began with the speech of the Danish ambassador, who expressed her support to the event.
This year, when the world is changing more quickly than ever, the forum offered a fresh outlook on business and leadership. This year’s theme, DESIGNING the Future LEADERSHIP, was presented by world famous experts, namely David Gram, the senior innovation manager in LEGO Ventures and the founder of the Diplomatic Rebels company, and Jitske Kramer, on behalf of the CEO of the Human Dimensions company.
This year, at a workshop entitled FROM A COPRORATE GIANT TO AN AGILE ECOSYSTEM, David shared his extensive knowledge and experience in the field of engagement of teams in companies. At an inspiring master class, Jitske treated the topics of decision-making, communication, leadership and organizational cultures and changes.
At the end of the day, at a networking cocktail party, the participants were able to exchange their experience with business leaders.
