The client, a Serbian company, which is part of Chinese group of leading manufacturers of parts in the automotive industry, holds an annual management meeting to brief the sales teams on next year’s challenges, opportunities and development.
With a successful history, and having reached numerous milestones in the past years, the client boasted many favourable opportunities and realized deals. However, the sales team needed a concrete goal and a step-by-step action plan to reach its full potential. Therefore, we were hired to join the meeting and provide an external insight into strategic planning.
