The Future and Education of Talents in the Digital Economy Era

Within the HR conference in Rovinj, the e-Leadership MBA program of the Institution of Higher education Algebra team prepared a workshop titled: future and education of talents in the digital economy era.

In the galloping era of the digital economy, one of the biggest challenges is discovering and developing talents. To discover in a timely manner the talents that will climb the top of the list of the eligible in the ever-growing crisis of talents, and to create and shape them for the competitive job market, those are the challenges.

Participants were led through the process of managing innovative projects, from the generation of a business-technological idea to its market or inter-organizational launch.

When it comes to the possibility of practical application in their own organizations, participants had the added value and that is overcoming certain methodological approach, materials prepared, ideas, and results.
