Balkan Business Forum 2021 – Kombank Hall, Belgrade

Dragana Rakin, CEO and founder of the company Prudent, took part at the BBF 2021 held in Belgrade on November 18, 2021, at Kombank Hall, located next to the company.

Balkan Business Forum 2021 is planned for CEOs, top management, experts in business development and consulting, financial management, business owners, as well as experienced project teams, human resources, and risk management.

The event was titled New Principles of Leadership and A New Strategy for the Future, with the goal of helping founders and executives to find answers to the most urgent business challenges of today – how to manage people and uncertainty.

One of the lecturers was the president of Baldwin Global Risk Services, Alexander Larsen, who prompted the debate about the newest trends in risk management with his interactive workshop titled NEW Strategies in Risk Management – Improving Resilience, Competitive Edge, and Business Success.

To spark change and innovation, Daniela Landher held a workshop titled NEW LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP where she presented tools and processes for the development of the new generation of leaders, their employees, teams, and organizations.

Quality Assurance Expert Isaac Sheps, who took part in creating ISO 9001 and ISO 90004 standards and is credited with developing the series of standards ISO 9000, who’s also been a member of the international board ISO-TC176 for 25 years, held a lecture titled Leadership from Theory to Practice.
